ONE PLACE, THREE WAYS TO TAKE PART
Built slowly, through hospitality, shared work and meaningful collaboration.
Heart Space connects simple living, food grown from the land and the joy of movement. Each part supports the same purpose: helping people slow down, participate and reconnect with nature, themselves and one another.
HEART SPACE TODAY
Where we are now
Heart Space has moved from an idea into active development. One home and the first growing areas already exist, while the next phase requires further construction, knowledge, funding and collaboration.
Overnight accommodation is not available yet. The first dedicated guest cabin is currently planned for 2027.
What comes next
Complete the water system, greenhouse and pathways
Build the first dedicated guest cabin
Fund and construct the mini skate ramp
Strengthen the permaculture system
Find practical collaborators and long-term partners
ABOUT COREY
A lifelong connection to nature, movement and people.
Corey Tschudin is the founder of Heart Space. His background in social work and more than 24 years of teaching skateboarding have shaped his belief in movement, encouragement and genuine human connection.
After discovering Costa Rica in 2018, he purchased the land in 2021. Heart Space brings together the threads that have shaped his own journey: faith, nature, conscious living, hospitality and the joy of movement.
BECOME PART OF HEART SPACE
Heart Space is looking for people who connect with the vision and can contribute to its next phase. That may mean offering practical help, sharing professional knowledge, supporting a specific project or exploring a deeper long-term partnership.
